Time to Live. Faith. Hope. Love. Episode 3

These women’s husbands, sons, and brothers were severely wounded fighting in the SMO.

Regina’s husband served in military intelligence. He came under fire during a mission and sustained a traumatic brain injury. Afterwards, he received medical treatment at a clinic in St. Petersburg, and Regina moved there to be by his side and help him return to a normal life.

Elena’s brother Eduard volunteered for the frontline. He lost both his legs and suffered multiple injuries on the battlefield. The doctors delivered a grim prognosis, but Elena and her mother continued to fight for his recovery.

Anna’s son Roman suffered a severe head injury near Berdyansk. Doctors doubted he would even be able to blink. However, 7 months later, Roman began to speak. His mother and wife, Liza, remain by his side to support him.

Ksenia’s husband Viktor was severely wounded in the abdomen and lost an arm. Thanks to his wife’s support, he was able to recover and even began participating in sports competitions.

These women demonstrate incredible strength every day, providing care and support for their loved ones. As they say: “They fight for us out there – here, we fight for them.”
